We can serve you best if you place your order in advance. In general, faxing your order is more accurate and more efficient than placing your order by phone. When you place your order, please specify a pick-up or delivery date. Plant orders can be ready within 24 to 48 hours. Native seed orders, in mixes or by individual genus/species, may take up to two weeks. Therefore, you should place your order in advance of your anticipated sow date. If you cannot pick up or arrange for delivery by the requested date, please contact us regarding alternative arrangements. A 1% weekly maintenance charge of the total order will be assessed for the period that we are maintaining the plants past the requested date. Orders that are not picked up within 14 days of the scheduled pick-up date will be returned to stock, and a 25% restocking fee will be assessed. An order that is cancelled after being pulled, loaded or delivered or an order that is returned or refused will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
