Hours to Place & Pick Up Orders

PICKING UP ORDERS:  To ensure a smooth and accurate pick-up process, please bring a copy of all the paperwork for an order when picking it up. The Natural Garden Route 64 location will be a production facility only.  All orders will be available for pick up at the Midwest Groundcovers St. Charles location on Route 25.  All orders will be assembled, quality checked and loaded by Midwest Groundcovers expert pulling, quality assurance and loading crew.  We will not be carrying inventory of all Natural Garden Natives™ items at the MG STC warehouse, but it is our priority to provide same day pickup.  The following schedule will be available in spring:

DELIVERY ORDERS:  How does MG delivery differ from The Natural Garden and what is the lead time for delivery orders?
Delivery will be made on Midwest Groundcovers trucks and possibly on outside carriers as necessary.  All local deliveries will be assembled, pulled and routed according to Midwest’s regular delivery system which includes delivery within 72 hours or less of order placement in Zone 1.  The delivery will be made utilizing Midwest’s cage delivery system to protect plant materials during transit; cages and plant material are unloaded by our drivers.  If an order is placed for delivery outside of the normal shipping zones, we may ship utilizing an outside carrier and utilize a recyclable wooden cage.  Please see the 2011 trade list for shipping Zones, current shipping minimums, freight charges and other delivery details.

FULL FLATS:  Will we be able to purchase plants in Partial Flats or individual containers?
Due to the challenges and added complexities of product transfers, handling, and multiple facilities, we are not able to offer a partial flat option.
