ADJUSTMENTS

We guarantee our plants to be true to name and healthy when you receive them. Since we have no control over environmental conditions or the care of the plant after it leaves our nursery, we cannot be held responsible for the plant's performance or longevity. If you have any claims due to shortages, damages or incorrect plants, you must submit them to us immediately in writing. After five days, we cannot assume any responsibility. We will issue full credit only if it is due to our error. Returns due to customer errors are subject to a 25% restocking fee and the plants must be in excellent condition.
